The shipping was quick, when I got it the pump was not included. I reached out to the company and they had a whole new set in the mail quickly and I received it in just a couple days! Free of charge. The pump got stuck in the box, so make sure you look in it well.Fits on my daughter’s chair nicely and gives good stability if you don’t over inflate. Color is pretty, excited for school to start now!

I use this to help stretch my back out before personal training. Simply laying over it and rocking a bit helps to stretch out my back in a spot that's always tight when working out.

To aid in reducing pain while sitting, the doctor suggested the use of this cushion, inflated to allow flexible support rather than being full and stiff. It works very well for that purpose. When it lost a bit of inflation, we tried to refill it, but the process of inserting the filler pump tip expanded what had apparently been a small crack around the fill-point opening (that is, around the imbedded portion of that device that holds it in the plastic of the cushion). I contacted the manufacturer's rep, supplied photos of the issue, and they immediately sent us a replacement. We are optimistic that it was a one-time issue and not a continuing problem, and applaud the excellent and quick response from the company.UPDATE: It is, indeed, a recurring problem. We ordered the original on Sep 16, and it had not even been a month with my wife sitting on it when it failed by the fracture described above. To their credit, they promptly sent us a replacement. Within less than another month, it developed a crack similar to the first one and completely deflated, without any attempt to insert the pump and re-inflate it. The pump inlet needs to be revised so that it will survive the normal inflation process and use. We decided that we just do not want to get another one and repeat this process. STAY AWAY.

product showed up a day late on prime. had no drawstring bag. only reason I'm not returning is this is what I do for my hip for physical therapy but because I go from my house to babysit for my best friend it would be nice to have the bag. fully inflated it has kept its shape this far but it is day 1

I purchased these for my grandson's class. Some students have ADHD and the teacherwas very happy to receive these.

I've just received this product. I'm looking for something that I can use on my office chair at least some of the time to improve my posture. I'm excited to find way to change up the way I sit at my desk. The repetitive motions of using a computer and sitting at a desk for years is affecting my health. I don't want to quit my job, so I need to find ways to be more healthy while doing my job. This is a good quality balance cushion that was easy to inflate and is stable on the floor or my chair. I'm really happy with this simple product.

My grandson loves to toss it around stand on it lay on itand occasionally sit on it lol. I bought it for him for when he starts pre-K to help him not wiggle so much. He uses one in his OT and it helps. My only issue is I slightly over inflated for him and the dang thing wont delfate for me lol I will keep trying. This thing is so sturdy im thinking its going to last us a number of years.
