Very affordable when purchased in bulk. I bought two years’ supply, less than half the cost in the local store. Just make sure you are buying the correct filtration level for your needs. In the past, I bought the lower filtration level filter, thinking I would save money. Had a family member with allergies visit during the Spring, and they sneezed a lot. Immediately bought and installed these highest level filtration model, and noticed a decrease in their sneezing. So, maybe the highest level ones in the Spring, more affordable version in the winter? A very good product, works as advertised.

I swap these out every 6 months and it is amazing how much dust and particles they catch. You can smell the difference once you swap them out. Very easy to switch out as well.

These filters are not the dimensions they indicate they are. They were 1/2" too wide for my home filter system -- which I didn't discover until 6 months after I received them when the old filter needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that meant Amazon wouldn't issue a refund and when I contacted the company themself, they also refused a refund. After about a month or arguing with them and sending pictures that showed they were wider than my previous filter and mis-measured, they gave in and issued me a refund. B I'd beware of this filter which is wider than other filters of which this is supposedly the same size -- but is actually wider and will not fit into my system. I even tried modifying it, but that just ruined one of the filters.

Trion 266649-105 Air Bear 16x25x5 Inch MERV 13 High Performance Air Purifier Filters These are a perfect fit to replace the cells in my "Trion SE 1400 Electronic Air Cleaner." My electronic unit quit working, but it never really worked very well to begin with. Electronic filters are a hassle; they need to be cleaned often, the ionizing wires can break during cleaning needing replacement, and when the electronics fail, it's all-done. These Air Bear filters are rated MERV-13 and are very durable. I highly recommend them; the price is right too.
