Bandai Hobby - Evangelion - Evangelion Unit-01 DX Transport Platform Set, Bandai Spirits RG Model Kit

I've been building Gunpla for a while, and I've had my eye on this one for a long while. I had heard the hype about it, all the testimonials about how great this thing was. And, honestly after building it myself they aren't wrong. It fit together really smoothly, even without doing any paint to it, the colors are vibrant and look great. The sculpt of each segment is fantastic, and it holds together extremely well. Its been months since I put this together and every time I pick it up I'm often shocked by how sturdy it is.

Great quality, longer shipping time than expected

Bought this for a friend’s birthday. I got him another EVA figure before but it wasn’t quite what was announced I. The box, so I looked it well this time. The figure doesn’t have an inner skeleton like other figures of this kind but nonetheless it has a lot of pieces that can entertain while building it.

Absolutely wonderful. My first model kit ever, and it was a great experience putting it together. The result is a fantastic, poseable figure that somehow feels more accurate to the show than other models (despite the "real" part making it necessarily inaccurate). Since it was my first model kit, I had trouble placing the decals (some are tiny and not worth putting on), but the assembly of the model itself went smoothly. The instructions are in both Japanese and English, though some extra bits of info (I assume flavor text about the Evas) are only in Japanese. The DX platform is great, though I wasn't able to really get Unit 01 to fit into it perfectly. One arm always hung out just a bit. I currently have Unit 02 posed on it. I also recommend the RG Unit 00 DX kit, as it comes with the awesome Positron Cannon with a custom shoulder pylon for Unit 01.

Este model kit es hermoso, es el mejor que he armado, bastante detallado y con muchos accesorios. Disfruté cada momento mientras lo armaba. En cuanto a la caja, deberían evitar usar cinta adhesiva para el embalaje, la caja también es importante. Exceptuando lo anterior, recomiendo mucho este model kit si eres fan de Evangelion.

Es un modelo muy detallado, el plástico es de buena calidad y aun las piezas pequeñas no corren el riesgo de romperse con facilidad. La experiencia de armado es buena, no se requiere mucho más que un buen cutter. La figura está muy bien articulada y es posible presentarla en varias poses, muy fiel al anime original! Mis únicas críticas fuera de un par de piezas que tienden a salirse con el movimiento, son los stickers, que en algún caso son muy opacos o se colocan sobre superficies no rectas lo que hace que no queden perfectos. Aún así, me parece un producto A1, lo súper recomiendo.

This set was a very fun build. This was the first time I tried a Real Grade kit and it was surprisingly easy to put together. The final result is really good looking as well. The only issue I have with the set is that it doesn't include waterslide decals, which is a shame.

Made my 13 year old happy.

Arrivato in anticipo rispetto la data prevista. Pacco integro, modello veramente ben fatto. Ottima base di partenza per creare diorami più complessi.

A mi hijo de 16 años le a gustado mucho para el no a sido complicado montarlo ,para mi gusta es muy caro

Recibido antes de tiempo, la caja es preciosa y el contenido tambien, hacia años que no montaba una maqueta y tengo que decir que me ha resultado bastante sencillo de montar, solo destacaria 2 defectos. 1º las pegatinas dan el cante, seria preferible pegatinas al agua para que quedaran mejor 2º en mi caso la zona de las caderas queda muy suelta, junto con la boca que a veces parece que se queda pasmado por lo demas 10, de hecho seguramente me compre el modelo 02 en unos dias xD
