No mess on my floor, livens the room!
I like that this planter has allowed me to keep gardening indoors while my outdoor garden is finishing up for the year. I used nursery style nonwoven bags as liners in the pockets. This is my first time using fabric planters indoors and I wanted to keep them "clean" in case I decide to change out a plant without disturbing the others. I am excited to watch the effects of air pruning. So far weekly watering has been enough, but where I live the humidity has been over 80 percent, so not sure how the winter dryness will effect that. This planter hangs from the banister over my stairs and is narrow enough not to be in the way. The little waterproof pocket at the bottom caught the excess water that came from me watering (still getting used to how much to give each pocket section).

Works Well!
I bought this hanging planter to put some herbs in on my apartment patio. So far it appears to be working out - the herbs I planted in it are doing well. I used two nails to secure. I only have two complaints. The first is that the “pockets” are not as deep as I thought they would be. They don’t hold a lot of soil. There is also not enough spacing between the pockets - I had to plant the herbs close to the edge so that they could get adequate sun.

Great wall planter
The six pockets were easy to fill and easy to water. I love the fabric pots as they naturally prune the roots.

Not good for indoors...
If you are looking to use this product inside, save your money! It is cheaply made and drips dirty water down the wall and onto the floor every time you try to water your plants and seeds!

Great for herb garden
I was so excited when I found this product. I was looking for a planter to put maybe 4 different herbs in and put in my windowsill but then came across this. I decided this was even better. The herbs have more room to spread out and grow, it's easier to keep them moist and get the right sunlight. Very durable material. Water can flow thru as needed. And it looks super cute hanging from my mailbox. I'm more than satisfied with my purchase. It was definitely worth the money.

Not recommended
This item was disappointing. It looked like a fun idea and I filled it with plants and put it by a window in my bathroom. Problem was that when you water it inevitable it would leak and get water all over the floor. I tried putting a strategically place catch pan underneath but non the less it was too messy for inside the house AND because the felt is so porous it dries out very quickly especially the top plant! I would not recommend this product unless you use it outdoors in a shady spot.

Nice idea, but doesn't really work
Product is of good quality. But, it does not really work. The pockets are too small for the plants to thrive in. In addition, the pocket bulges badly due to the weigth of the soil, leaving a big gap between the fabric and the soil in the middle of each pouch. My seedlings all look anemic after three weeks. It's not a serious product for a serious gardener.

It works!
Seven weeks in and my spice plants are still alive. The only issue is that the bottom panel does leak when being watered and you really need to water each level individually. They dry out quick as well so you need to water once every few days. And you need to let them because if you don't it will become a breeding ground for fruit flies. This isn't a huge deal to me because I can just put a cloth under them and I have a fruit fly catcher. It's worth it if I can have fresh spices throughout the winter.

Achat intéressant!
Vraiment joli quand c'est installé. Installation pas toujours facile sur un mur de briques à cause des trous qu'il faut percer. Sinon, ça donne du cachet à la maison. Je suis satisfaite de mon achat.

Seems good.
Have only had it long enough to attach on fence and plant the 12 strawberry plants in it, but it feels like good quality and the space is enough as I expected. Looks very versatile for mounting on different things.

Soil dries out faster than pot
Great design conceptually but the felt pockets cause the soil to dry out very fast (compared with conventional pots) in a sunny indoor spot ~ ever 2-3 daysHave just added a wetting agent to the soil and hopefully that will retain the water a little longer but initial plants died out.Edit - Revised review to 4 Stars. I have re-planted using a large amount of peat moss and the plants are doing much better. Recomend planting using a high quality potting mix and or adding in additional wetting agents like peat moss if suitable for your plants.

Not ideal in its own …
The material allows the soil to dry out very easily since it’s so breathable. I put two of these up on my balcony which can sometimes be windy- filled with soil they don’t move around much but when watering the soil tends to move toward the front and doesn’t really soak the back of the soil. If there was more structure to the planters I think it would be a great product - perhaps using some plastic containers inside each pouch would do the trick but I haven’t found anything of a suitable size.

Perfect for my needs
I have a small space that captures the sun, the vertical wall is perfect and everything is growing well. Will buy more!
