Cat Water Dispenser, 2L Automatic Dog Water Dispenser with 2 Replaceable Filters & 4 Pre-Filter Foam Cotton

So I recently purchased one like this but a different brand. Unfortunately it didn’t last long. I’m trying this brand and I actually like it more then the last. They have a place inside the reservoir(next to pump) to add a piece of sponge to help keep debris and hair from getting in the pump. This is ULTRA quiet which is why I like it more then the flower top ones. Big enough storage for my dog and2 cats. Will definitely be purchasing another one for my room. This is SUPER easy to clean and seems to stay cleaner then the other ones I’ve had in the past. Changing filters is fast and easy. Had a question for customer support and was pleasantly surprised at how fast they responded. DDD going to be worth the money spent.

This is the second one of the same model I have owned. The first one lasted almost 7 weeks, this one lasted 4 weeks. There is a little blue light inside that lets you know the unit is operating fine. Without reason, the little red light comes on letting you know the unit has died. Luckily, the motor burned out the day before the return window closed so I was able to send it back and receive a refund. Even if you follow all the directions, clean daily, keep the water level up, replace the filter, etc..., the motor will burn up with daily use. Maybe this is for special occasions (like leaving the house for a few days) and not for everyday use. I will not be buying a third unit. I can't help but feel these are built to last just past the close of the return window?? Bottom line, do NOT use this to keep your pet in fresh drinking water while you are away for any length of time because it can shut off at any time and leave your pet without fresh drinking water.

My order was missing the package of filters and the instructions. Still, it seemed pretty straightforward to set up, so I did and it's working great. It is very silent, just like they claimed. So far I really like the product; I'm going to contact their support to get the instruction book (just in case) and some filters.

I was looking for a fountain with a larger opening. This one is perfect, the filtered water comes up from the back of the fountain and dispenses towards the front. The kitties took to it pretty quickly which was great! It was easy to assemble and it's easy to refill. I love the light and I find it quiet too. The fountain was packaged good and I was so thankful to receive it super fast!

Arrived a week ago and so far so good. The design is neat and the water flow is quiet. The thing I like the best is the water level indicator. When the water goes low, the light will change from blue to red. It's a great feature for people have to work not at home during this special period. My dog enjoys the fountain every day. No worries any more.

My cat Loki has always loved running water. I use to use an actual fountain. This is perfect. Comes preassembled but the instructors still cover how to put together which I feel is simple even when you take it apart to use it. Took Loki a couple times of attempting to drink out of it before he started to love it. It’s not loud but my husband who hears everything except for what I say notices it ;)

I bought this fountain for my cat because she likes drinking from the faucet/fountain-type water bowls. It worked for about six weeks and then just... stopped. A red light came on (yes, it had water in it) and it would no longer work. I refilled it, cleaned it, changed the filters, did everything I could think of but it just would. not. work. anymore. My husband is pretty handy with fixing things but he couldn't find a reason for its failure either. The previous fountain-type water bowl I had lasted several years, but it's not manufactured anymore. Lesson learned.

My guy took right to it and it is sleek and quiet however, the set up instructions are unclear. There are no indications of which side of the filter should be up and there were 4 little "sponges" included in the packing, but not shown or mentioned in the "instructions". It seems well made but the instructions are unclear and lacking in detail.
