This is a waste of money
This looks nothing like it shows. It is cheap, flimsy, wrinkled foam. It came wrapped in a type of masking tape that ripped the product taking it off, as shown in photo 1. Photo 2 is the way it comes rolled, only tighter, so it doesn't lay flat. I wanted it for a border to some peel and stick wallpaper, and decided to try it out anyway, I will have to redo the wall anyway. Photo 3 is the result, and it does not adhere flat, or completely. It doesn't cut straight either and seems to shrink once cut, as it didn't reach the measured wall. Photo 4. Don't waste your money. I am lazy by nature, so I will just wait for this to fall off before I endeavor to do something else.

Not as sticky or pliable as could be
Could be easier to bend but nice looking if applied carefully. I used a razor blade to make tiny cuts in back to make bending easier. added industrial spray glue. Then painted twice with a really good quality semi gloss paint. Definitely not wood, but you could fool Martha Stewart if done correctly!

Wish adhesive was better quality.
This would work well as applications described. I purchased it to frame a large mirror. Didn't get the quality look I expected as paper covering adhesive was difficult to remove and kept splitting into strips as I tried to remove it and apply it to mirror. The foam stretched as I was trying to remove the uncooperative strips of paper which caused it to not be applied straight. I believe the product has been setting too long and adhesive has adhered to paper too strongly. Also wish there were more instructions to help with mitering

Looks nice but doesn't stay in place
This is very cute, and would be a great addition to dress up the top borders of any room. I used it in my bathroom. The next day it started falling off the wall. 1st it shrunk or condensed itself some, then it started to pull away from the wall. So I purchased some glue to use with it. It worked perfectly and is staying in place. So this can only be done if you want a permanent change and you own and not renting as the glue will leave permanent marks if removed.

Not worth it
The brown looks cheap. Not like wood. I put it on the wall then wanted to move it down a little. NO WAY was that happening. Didn’t care if I needed to use a different piece. Couldn’t get it off the wall!!! Ruined my wall trying! Still can’t get the glue off. Used everything imaginable! Now I need to use sandpaper to TRY to get the rest of the glue off. Used an electric sanding machine. Still not all of the glue came off. Spackeled the wall. Have to sand and repaint. Don’t do it!!!

Love it! Pros and cons listed below!
I rent so I needed something removable. I love these! I have used it in my laundry room, my girls’ bedroom, and in my Livingroom.Pros1. Easy to cut2. Easy to install3. Easy to work with. It can go around round or square edge. It can also be pulled back and replaced on the wall if needed.4. Many colors to match whatever project you are doing.Cons1. Can tell it is foam and see creases when you first unroll it: Fix: Needs to be rolled out and forced to flatten before installing. Wait a day or two after receiving so it will fully puff up so lines aren’t noticeable. Also if you install before letting it rise up it may condense and the length will be different.2. You can see the seems and the foam on the back/side doesn’t match. Fix: It helps to put painter’s tape behind and paint it a color that matches or is close to the color of the edging and paint the edge itself.3. If you touch the back the adhesive can come off or become dull easily. Also, if the adhesive side touches any part of the border it doesn’t pull apart without messing up that part of the border. If you press to hard when first applying it can make it not sticky as well. Areas where there is mor chances for condensation such as by the door increases chance that the adhesive will wear off. Fix: Pull the backing off as applying the border. Don’t press firmly at first to make sure it is where it needs to be without adjustments and then when it is how you want it run your hand across it firmly to keep it in place. At parts where you think the adhesive isn’t as good or may end up coming off you can get a spray adhesive from Walmart for $5 and it can be washed off for renters and it keeps it on there nice and secure.I suggest scissors for any cutting needed. Do as much cutting prior to and leave the backing on. If you ave to cut some while it is applied either pull it back a little and cut with scissors (best way) or if it is stuck and that isn’t an option then press down on the top and bottom almost like you are stretching it and cut with a sharp exacto knife or box cutter.Overall, I love this product and would recommend it! It is an easy budget and renter friendly way to spruce up your home!

Pretty impressive
It was a lot lighter and cheaper material than I expected, but the adhesive is really strong and once it's flattened out it looks good. As long as there are no tears or dents in it, I challenge anyone to tell the difference. I'm going to buy more and use it as crown molding around my entire room

Worst product ever
The idea is good, but the product is horrible. It comes rolled up which leaves creases throughout. DO NOT EXPECT it to be straight when mounted. Don’t care how many measurements you take and how many marks you make on your wall, the project itself is not flat on top and bottom and will look like a squiggly line on your wall. It does stick really well, but that could be a downfall because once it’s stuck, it’s stuck! There no room for error at all.
