Do the spikes untwist and/or be replaced ? I like the style but dont golf. Dont need those spikes either.

Q: What size should I order as I wear a 91/2?

They are made very close to standard shoe size, as I recall. If you wear a 9 1/2 in standard shoes, then you should order the same for these.
