Speedo Big Boys' Youth Vortex Splice Xtra Life Lycra Jammer

This year for christmas i bought my son his first surf board. I continued with the theme and order jammers from the speedo web site their sizing chart is way off so in the process of returning them i ordered a bigger size...on back order after they charged my card. So i called speedo to get a pair ordered and not one jammer was available in his size. So i canceled the order and gave up. I had ordered some other things from amazon and was really happy so i took a look to see if you carried speedo. I was so happy to see you had his size and even color to match his board. Plus they were here before christmas when i ordered only a week out. By the way speedo company still has my money tied up from all the orders they couldnt produce. I am very pleased with the product and transaction. You made my Christmas complete.

Ordered up 2 sizes and they are still super skinny. I get that they are supposed to fit like a second skin, but I think these will be difficult to get down & back up for bathroom visits. Not sure why these are listed as girl sizes as they are swim bottoms for boys as far as I can tell.

My 8-year-old son got the size 22 and it fits great. He is only 45 pounds and skinny though. When I first took them out of the package, they look like they would fit a 2-year-old. They stretch a LOT. Do not be concerned about how small they first appear. They should fit snugly without any gaps. My son likes how the make him streamlined. I like that the longer, tight-fitting legs will prevent sand rash. The pattern is very nice and makes them a little less revealing. I will be buying another suit.

My son loved these jammers, they were just too small!! He is 7yrs old and about 45 pounds. His waist measured 21.5 inches so I ordered the 22. We returned them for the 24. He hasn't tried it on yet but it looks like a better fit.

I gave it three stars because it's a nice looking suit, but it was tiny! Maybe I misunderstood the sizing chart or something, but this says it's a "big boy" suit, and it wouldn't fit my four year old, much less the 8 year old it was ordered for. It kind of looked like it was made for a large doll.

My son loves this pair and I am about to re-order another pair. They are comfy and withstand all the chemicals in the pool. I do my part as far as a quick soak in water by hand. I leave them to air dry and we reuse again and again.

My 8 year old son is 52" tall, weight 60 lbs. I ordered him a size 26 & 28, the 28 fit him perfectly without him complaining it's too tight. While the 26 is on the snug side. If your child need something very fitted for swim meet, I would recommend a size 26, but for regular use, a size 28 would be more comfortable. Quality of Speedo jammer is always a guarantee, so I don't need to say anything more. It's awesome!

I ordered the 24 and they look tiny but hubby says to reduce drag they need to be fitted. These will be ok for now sizewise. Kiddo is 5 about 45 in tall, 44lbs. A little on the skinny side.
