I don’t normally write reviews - but this product is WORTH IT! I was considering PT or a pricier gym assessment/massage for several months of nagging neck pain - but decided to try this option first. My expectations were low - but I figured $25 was worth a shot - and I’ve been really impressed. It gives a good, deep muscle massage and provides really excellent, immediate pain relief. The heat function isn’t super noticeable IMO, possibly because the kneading massage quality is so good? I can see where people could complain about the aggressiveness/hardness of both the apparatus itself and the massage it provides; it does take a minute or so to get used to/loosened up - but as long as you’re not someone who despises deep tissue massages (in which case, I’m not sure why you’d buy this…) - it becomes comfortable quite quickly. I can also see where people aren’t pleased with “fit” - the ball spacing isn’t adjustable, so that’s too be expected - but I think that most people with a semi-standard build will find some positioning that’s comfortable and effective. I haven’t messed much with the speeds and don’t have feedback on long term durability - but first impression and early results are great.

My dad had a terribly sore neck so I ordered him this masager and he loved it. We've had one for several years and it works great to get the knots out of my neck. It is a good quality device and the battery life is good too.

Works well, but pretty sure its already been used before recieving... Hopefully its not a blood stain... Unzipped it, but there's no signs of rust so... either someone had really dirty sweat or it was a blood stain from a pimple...

This little thing is awesome. It saved me from a course of steroids for my back. Pair it with a hot water bottle and let the relief begin. Highly recommend this roller. I just moved it every few minutes all the way down to my lowest back muscles and felt immense relief.

I’ve had this product for about 8 months and only used it occasionally. Recently, it completely stopped working. At first, it would shut off whenever I moved it slightly or shifted my body, but now it won’t start at all. I previously owned a similar one that lasted over 5 years—the only issue was the surface material wearing out. Compared to that, I’m really disappointed with this purchase

WOW. We were in a rental condo that had one of those expensive massage chairs. I never felt better using that! We don't have the room in our house, nor did I really want to buy a whole chair ( lets face it, they are ugly!) I bought this to try for chronic upper back pain and just wow. It really gets in there and gets those knots out! If you use it too long you will feel sore the next day! You can move this to hit your neck, upper back, mid and lower back. I've even used it on lower legs and my plantar fasciitis! ( yes, it sucks getting old) I've tried other massage gadgets but this one is by far the best and strongest!

I received this less than a week ago and after very little use is ripping at the seams. It took a while to get here, and by the looks of it will have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! What a waste of time, energy and money. And NOW...The invoice from the post office for sending this $50. neck massager back to the Chinese address listed as the only option in order to get a refund, MINUS the shipping to Canada was "$231.36 for Xpresspost International"- $154.91 for Surface Parcel Int'l & $383.46 for Priority WW-parcel!!! So obviously it's NOT going back, and I basically just threw away the price of this defective product! Please be warned if you're looking to purchase this!
