Excellent customer service! The shipping company delivered the unit upside down with half of the box crunched. We emailed the company and they responded immediately to completely solve the situation. The unit is a great value for the money. We used a 4 gallon bottle with no issues. It makes some noise when sucking water up initially but otherwise is totally silent. We can make tea instantly and the cold water feature is great. Flow rate is good. Looks great. Based on my research it was one of the cheapest below loading units and I’m glad I finally made the jump to purchase it. Very happy with this unit!!

dissatisfied, purchased in June 2021. Problems began within 4 months. Door broke off, when water gets half empty there is a loud popping sound and the containers collapses in half. Now the 'straw' has a crack and will not dispense water when the bottle is half empty.....dissapointed.

Straight out of the box, the "Cold" water is room temp, just like the "Room Temp" water. I called the manufacturer, but they said because they didn't actually sell it (third party seller), there was nothing they could do. They have also discontinued the model. So I requested a return/refund from Amazon. I didn't notice that there was not free returns on this item when I ordered it. Soooo, I would have to pay shipping to send it back. EXPENSIVE!!! So I am stuck with it. At least the hot water works. It is not loud. The room temp is room temp. It looks nice. I am just upset that there is no cold water. This was not cheap, but it is made cheap if something NEVER WORKED in the first place.Update* I got in touch with the third party seller, Barclays Breaks, and they were AWESOME!!! They made it right and I would do business with them again. However, I won’t buy anything from Homelabs again. They don’t honor their own warranty.

This is an awesome water cooler. It is very quiet, easy to load water bottles, easy to use buttons with just 1 hand including the hot water safety button too. Only down sides I found was the built-in light is not bright enough to see what you are doing at night. It's just an neon blue accent light. It looks cool but not useful at all. The other down side is the power buttons to turn on the built-in light, hot water and cold water are in the rear and hard to get to and hard to find unless you pull it out from the wall. If you leave everything turned on all the time then it will not be a problem for you.

First off for all the people they say it’s only warm water, room temperature and no cold. You must turn on the switches in the back of cooler. (Buttons on the back: Night light, Hot Water, and Cold Water).If no light is on above each temperature of water then that water temperature is NOT TURNED ON…so check the buttons in the back.Bought this machine for my mom, setup was easy, and haven’t had any problems so far.

I got it and I love so far. Everything works, so far so good. Cold is cold. Hot is hot. Room temp is, room temp. Will update if it malfunctions.

I leave the hot & cold water switch on off (located in the back). It’s rather loud if left on. I mostly drink room temperature water anyway. No problems. Very good unit

I bought this water cooler a year ago. Sometime after the first 3 months, the cooler began to leak and have issues. I immediately went to their online support. They said "out of warranty, take to get fixed". But gave me no direction to do so. I managed through the leaking issues another many months as I know the cost to repair is more than the cost of the cooler. The cooler finally stopped working after 9 months. I've literally tossed it to the side yard and bought a $8 dispenser and I'll chill it myself in my refrigerator. Terrible customer service.
