I already owned the Nordic Lifting knee sleeves so I had a good feeling about the quality of these and I was right. These are well made and plenty thick so there's really no need to pay double for other brands.I had on and off pain on the inside one of my elbow from lifting but am stubborn so I didn't stop. At a certain point I had to do something about it and that was buy these. It's like night and day. The compression helps support my elbow keep it pain free during lifts and warm between sets. They are a little shorter than I had imagined but I guess in reality, they didn't need to be especially long. They're doing their job as is.I measured my elbow at 12' cold as in not directly after lifting with any pumped up forearms or anything. I still went with the size down (large). It fits great. I was worried trying it on the first time as it felt a little tight but at the gym I've kept it on for as long as an hour with no problem. It doesn't hinder movement or cut off circulation.I don't expect them to tear anytime soon but I will rebuy them if the time comes. I just wish they came in more colors as I keep confusing my knee sleeves with them in my gym bag.

3months in and elbows are 80% better from tennis elbow. I use when I train, they fit and have lasted through a cpl washes, a lot of heavy lifting, no runs, pulls, snags.I had bad tennis elbow, bad, limited a lot of exercises I could do. I was in pain all day. Taking a lot of anti inflammatory. I got tired of the discomfort and bought the pair of these for lifting and the tendinitis ones for everyday use, review done on those. I wore them every day and it only got better and better. 80% after 3months. I recommend if your hurting, at first I thought , ahhhhhh, but then I seen improvement, more and more.Try it, if you lift, get these for lifting before you get the tendinitis, if your already in pain, get these for lifting and the others for everyday use, and SLEEPING!! That's very important in the healing process.

I really want to give these sleeves 5 stars but unfortunately the stitching started to rip (just slightly) but only after 3 uses...I'm kinda hoping this brand has good customer service and will offer me a replacement for just the single sleeve and I like the sleeves overall cI am a power lifter and wanted some durable elbow sleeves for my bench here are my pros and cons:Pros:Great comfort, I ordered a small size even though I classify as a medium. It gives me that snug feel without being uncomfortable.Warmth and pain free joints. So my elbows stay warm enough where you can feel it but it's not soaking wet from sweat. I have increased my bench believe it or not 10 lbs in two heavy upper body days using these and have had no elbow issues which I was starting to get last month.Logo and design. I like the logo personally but that's just preference. The stitching helps secure the sleeve tightly and gives you a good guide to see if both the left and right sleeves are even.Cons:Does smell after a few uses but that's just the material and it keeps the elbow warm so you will sweat a bit more than normal.Little thin and a little too short (couple inches) for my liking. I did get a small but It would of been nice to see an inch log upper and lower end to keep the tightness of a small with the extra length.Stitching started to unstitch. So when you pull these up to your biceps/elbows be careful. It is obviously tight so you need to pull them up snug...be careful where you pull from as I had the stitching fray out already (3rd use)These did help me in my squats as well just keeping the elbows tight and controlled.Any other questions about this product please feel free to message me or ask me on Instagram @ wellstraining.

These sleeves are great. They are comfortable, easy to clean, and they don't smell. I've only had them for a few days, so I can't speak to their longevity, however they are well made and appear built to last. Re: sizing, I measured my elbow circumference at 12, but went ahead and got a L instead of an XL and I'm glad I did. The size is just right - I think an XL would have been too loose. I purchased them due to acute bursitis I have in one of my elbows and the compression really helps with the pain. I wear it for much of the day and while it is quite tight it doesn't cut off the circulation in my arm. Finally, these sleeves arrived within a couple of days, even with the free shipping. I would definitely purchase these sleeves again, and would recommend this product to friends.

I recently bought a pair of these and initially I was extremely satisfied. My first workout I noticed a big difference. My elbows stayed warm and I was able to bench and shoulder press with no pain at all. Sadly though after only my third time wearing them, there is a huge rip in one of them (the stitching just came loose) and I can already see where the stitching is coming loose on the other one. Considering I didn't even get a chance to wash them I know I didn't damage them that way, and I would chalk it up to maybe just receiving a bad pair. Regardless the ones I have are useless to me now, and I most likely won't be ordering another pair. Great while they lasted.

I bought the elbow sleeves back in mid-August after buying the knee sleeves approximately a year ago. The knee sleeves have held up well and continue to provide good support for my knees. The elbow sleeves were doing good too but they developed a small hole along part of the stitching. I contacted customer service and aside of sending a picture of the sleeve in question, no other questions were asked. They sent me a brand new pair and apologized saying sometimes these things can get past quality control. I truly appreciate their proactive stance on making the customer happy and I'll look forward to doing business with them again. Oh yeah, I'm several months in with the new sleeves and they're holding up great!

Sleeves were too small. Will exchange for a larger size. Materials seemed to be sturdy.
