Gets me my daily fiber with low calories and pretty good taste
Hitting your daily fiber is super important, and lots of people don't get enough with the typical western diet. Having a bowl of this every morning helps keep me regular and lose weight! The taste isn't as good as those super sugary kids cereals, but I think it's pretty good for what it does! Add some PB2 to the milk to add a bit more flavor :)

Love this crunchy cereal
I love Fiber One's taste. It stays crispy in milk and I love mixing some in with my yogurt. It's also great with raisins. No added sugar and high in fiber.

This is full of fiber. I thought it would taste like cardboard but it is sweetened and tastes pretty good.

Surprisingly good, but poorly packed
Surprisingly tasty and a great way to get more fiber in your diet. The only reason I didn’t give these five stars is that every time I’ve ordered them, they get really beaten up in shipping.
