These pills are very big to swallow, I don't know if they're doing anything. If I don't see any improvement this months supply I will try another brand. If you struggle swallowing then these are definitely not for you. This is another reason why they are not 100% for me.

I'm late 50's my nails split very easily and a friend suggested collagen. I ordered two months stock to try and then stop taking it for two months. I reached week five after stopping and decided it works for me and reorder the capsules. It made a big difference in the strength of my nails when working outside in the garden and other diy tasks
