This is a fun, playable doll. The doll in incredibly flexible and as you can see from the photo, it can bring the toe to its nose. It has more joints than humans with the twisting upper arms and thighs. The face is painted not pixelated and even has Naomi Osaka's three prominent moles painted on the face. I can't get them to show properly with my phone photos but you can see them clearly in the photos at the celebritydollmuseum.com . The outfit is what Naomi wore at the 2020 Australian Open and comes off and on easily. The racket and accessories are branded with Nike and Yonex. I happened to be up late the night it was released and ordered immediately. It was just delivered from Amazon on July 30. I ordered a second the next day and that is still supposedly weeks away. I gave it 5 stars for value for money, but not sure it would be worth what it is currently going for on auction sites. I hope they make more despite her not winning a gold medal in Tokyo.

The doll is super cute and nicely accurate to her real-life counterpart! However, her packaging arrived really badly damaged. The shipping box was partially opened, and when I opened it I found that the doll’s packaging was completely ripped open at the bottom. Luckily I don’t collect in-box, but it’s still a shame because I actually would've liked to keep this packaging, it’s got a very cool design and info about Naomi on the back. Since this is technically a collector’s item, there’s definitely a chance that a lot of people ordering this might be planning to keep her in-box, so look out for damage! With that being said, the doll herself is excellent. She’s got a classic made-to-move body (skintone match for the rainbow coat extra doll), and her face is pretty and realistic. She has really nice hair and great quality clothes and accessories! Overall, the doll is 5 stars, but I have to knock off a star for the packaging being so badly destroyed. I should’ve gotten to be the one to rip the box open in excitement!

This doll is beautiful. What an honor it is to have her in my collection. She is a trailblazer, a female role model, and an activist. She has done so much for women's sports and demanded equal pay. Her efforts have changed this country for the better. She is an icon! Trivia notes: Philadelphia Freedom was written and performed for her by Sir Elton John. She beat Bobby Riggs in The Battle of the Sexes. A movie was made starring Emma Stone as Billie Jean King, it was wonderful.
