Ceylon, true cinnamon is healthier than other types of cinnamon. This appears to be the correct color, flavor and smell. Fine ground powder superior quality. This appeared to be the best value when I was price comparing especially to local stores that only sold in tiny expensive amounts. Recommended. I will buy this again when I need more.
