Sticky it all
Purchased this at micheals and was very uneasy purchasing this since it was a little bit more than a glue pad I purchased and was very upset with that since it was unable to adhere glitter to it. When I found a technique on embossing glitter I was kinda curious on it so I purchased the "sticky" embossing to see if it would work and to my surprise it went above and beyond and it did an amazing jobI think it works well with a stamp size bigger than 2x2 inch since smaller ones didn't seem to work well unless your using micro fine glitter. The first picture is of a 2x2 stamp while the second image with 3 stamped images is a 1x1 see the difference. All in all this poodwer is amazing and I simply love it for glitter

Very easy to use for beginning embossers
I had watched a video for using "sticky" embossing powder so I ordered it to try to expand my card making skills. I was thrilled with how well this product worked. A little bit goes a long way.

Make sure you have a good embossing pad.
I liked it. Didn't know it has a smell when used, but it makes sense because you are literally heating glue.

Dried glue that activates with heat...
This stuff is so amazing! It's basically powdered glue that you use just like "regular" embossing powder but instead of a resist/color/metallic the heat turns this stuff to glue so you can add glitter, mica or foil (there's probably more you can do but I'm new to this area of papercrafting!). It's easy to use and like "regular" embossing powder it gets into the finer parts if you're using a stamp. I'm very pleased with this product and I think I'll find even more uses for it with time, plus, like embossing powder it'll last a really long time!

If anyone has any advice I'd be glad to know
I've seen other people use it and I know that it works. I just can't get it to work right and I must be doing something wrong. If anyone has any advice I'd be glad to know. Am I hating it too long am I not heating it enough?

GREAT product
I really like this product. It definitely met my expectations. I was impressed with how sparkly it was, and how easy it was to use. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a product that they can use along with glitter. It produces a really cool effect. I've had this product since just before Christmas, but only used it once so far.

Brilliant, great powder...cant imagine card making without it!
I really love this embossing powder, it's great...I cant complain. I use it, among other things, as a first coat to thicken my embossing, and then use coloured powder on top and it always turns out brilliant. Also use it to emboss with eyeshadow! And I have had brilliant results with that. I'm really pleased and it's very good value for money.

More like a glue than an embossing powder
This embossing powder is fantastic. I would say it is more like a glue than an embossing powder. When you heat the powder it melts which makes it sticky, and then you can then use it as you would an adhesive. I have used it alongside Versamark and deco foil to stamp images and then foil them, the results have been fantastic. If you would like to try foiling with your stamps this is definitely the product for you.

Works but not with smooth results.
This is actually powdered glue. I bought this to use with foil (I use thermoweb decofoil)- as demonstrated by Tim Holtz on Youtube. You use it like embossing powder with a heat gun but you have to apply the foil quickly before the melted powder glue cools and hardens. I struggled to do this because I was juggling heatgun, card and foil. The finished effects (once I got the hang of it) were distressed/patchy (as one probably should expect from TH who is the king of distressed) rather than smooth and polished but were still very attractive. Depends on how you like your finished effects, I suppose. I did try it with a laminator but I did not melt it with the heat gun first as this seemed to be overdoing it - this did not work as the powder is too easily smudged by the handling required. I may give it a go having 'heatgunned' it first to see if it will work any better.
