Don't buy this chair!!!
We had a great Panasonic Message Chair for several years until my wife let his way overweight daughter's boyfriend use it and he broke it- he was over 330 lbs!!! We decided to try this chair because Amazon gave it such high praise!!?? The chair is a POS and you have to put a LOT of parts together with one of the worst instruction books I have ever seen and the thing is cheaply made and cheap material does not fit the holes correctly. Took us nearly 3 hours to put together and just not impressed- shame on us and will never take Amazon's work again and will Alway try things out before we buy them. Totally disquessed and unhappy, I will also check with some of my fellow Veterans next time. Semper Fi.
