LEATHER CLEANER

If you haven’t tried this product on your leather couch or interior of your car, you need too!! I leave “makeup” prints all over our house and car. ICK. This takes them ALL OFF. I highly recommend this product. It lasts a long time and works great. Not so crazy about the fragrance, but it doesn’t hang around. Great product!!

I have an off white leather couch, and a 110 lbs lab who loves to jump on it and sleep for hours. So needless to say, I constantly have to clean our sofa to keep its color somewhat similar to what it used to be before I got my dog. I bought this product and has used it every 3-4 weeks to keep the dirt and stains off. It lasted about 5 months, which I think is great because we have two sectionals so it is not a small area I cleaned. It also does not have any smell, good or bad (maybe it had hint of some pleasant smell but it's subtle enough for me to not remember, which is great because no matter how pleasant the smell is, I don't want to smell it for hours while sitting on my couch watching TV). The cloth it comes with is also great but it's not the easiest to use on leather, the microfibers tend to stick and not really give a smooth glide. First few times, I only used this cloth and my hands were so tired after countless rubbing for tough spots while holding on to it very tightly. So I developed few small techniques to make the most out of this product: First, spray the area you want to clean and let it sit for few seconds. Have a designated sponge for this purpose. I use our regular dish washing sponge, use the rough side (the one that doesn't absorb the product, this way it doesn't try to stick to the couch every time you try to wipe), then rub it through tough stains. Then gently wipe the rest of the area. You can see that the dirt and grime is now off the leather and is just sitting there in the liquid form. Simply wipe this down with the cloth it comes with.

I like keeping my home and car clean so I was excited when I found the leather Nova cleaner online with great reviews . I was excited to try it out on my car's drivers seat which were quite dirty with 4 years of use . At first, when I tried it out I was a little disappointed . I used the microfiber cloth that came with the bottle , sprayed it with a little cleaner and wiped . The cloth became dirty however the seat did not look much cleaner than before . Following directions from a video I had seen online, next I sprayed on the cleaner and scrubbed with a pedicure brush before wiping it off . Unfortunately, the result was not much better. At the same time, I used an old leather cleaner that came with the furniture years ago and to my disappointment that seemed to clean a little better than this "Miracle worker"I thought I had bought. I did a little more research online and read one person's review on Amazon, that baby wipes work as well as this cleaner . I was quite disappointed to hear that so next day I decided to run a " scientific" test on the passenger seat. I divided the seat into sections with painters tape - leather Nova on the left , my old leather cleaner on the middle and Baby wipes on the right . This time I sprayed on leather Nove and returned with my bursh in a few minutes because I had forgotten it . This time the result was much better and leather Nova did a better job than the others (see pictures). Next day I set about cleaning all the seats in my car . The back of my passenger seat was extremely dirty from years of kicking from my son . I decided to take some before and after pictures to see if it really made a difference. I sprayed on the cleaner liberally and spread it around with a pedicure brush.Then I went and worked on my husband's driver seat (standng around what I thought was a few minutes was never enough....I had to do something else to let it have enough time). In a few minutes when I came back and scrubbed, the dirt came off much easier. I guess the best way to use this cleaner is to spread and leave it for a few minutes (approximately 5 to 7 minutes ). In my case, I did have to scrub well with my brush and then wiped off with a microfiber cloth . For sections which were extremely dirty I repeated the process once . At the end, my car seats and they look much better although a few stubborn stains remained. Overall am I am happy I with this leather cleaner and it does a much better job than the ones I've had before, however it does not as magical as some of the other reviews described. While my car seats still did not look like new, they were a lot cleaner that before. I also finished with leather nova conditioner which I bought separately. I am glad I tried TriNova Leather Cleaner and it is now my preferred leather cleaner. I use the cleaner on a leather couch; because it reclines, the bottom (foot rest) can get pretty dirty. I just apply TriNova to my cleaning cloth and with minimal effort, I get the entire couch clean. I have a leather chair a dog likes to sleep in, including after he has been rolling around outside and is covered with dirt and dust. TriNova leaves the chair spotless. I tried TriNova on my car seats and I think this may be where I best saw what TriNova does. I did not realize how dirty the car seats were until I used TriNova and had to change cleaning cloths midway through the project. Now I know my car seats are grey, not brownish grey. Some general observations. (1) I use TriNova by applying small amounts to my cleaning cloth. I have found if I apply the cleaner directly to the leather, I will use a lot more of the cleaner. (2) To me, TriNova has no fragrance or, if it does, it is light, clean smelling, and does not linger. (3) TriNova does not dry out the leather. (4) TriNova does not leave a sticky or filmy residue, but I imagine it helps not to apply more cleaner than is necessary.

For my car and suede leather salon staines got removed quite ok .but not completely, in any case, traces remains

I own a professional detailing center and love this product. It's soft on all leather from Nissan to ferrari. Doesn't change the feel or odor of natural leather. Does a very good job and cleaning oils and dirt.
