Easy install, poor backflow control and is loud
Straightforward install, and decent directions, but could be a bit more helpful with sizes, hose recommendations, etc. We've used this now for about six months, it works ok, it is very loud and has poor backflow preventing. I am hoping for some ideas to help with this. I am going to try installing a joker valve to help.

Not a great grinder
Not a great grinder! The only problem we have with this toilet is that it does not do a good job of finishing off the job. ALWAYS leaves one or two balls of poo that float back out of the grinder area. No matter how long you run the flush it always leaves those bits un processed.

Did not flush water properly. Could not even flush 1 turd. Complete waste of money and time.
