CM1560DAB Micro Hi-Fi Audio System

Bought to replace a Sony player that has been in a conservatory for 10 years of challenging temperature changes. Bought this on basis of cost for occasional usage. Used for a couple of weeks and have no complaints. Sound is good and controls both on machine and remote are fine. Only dislike is the top loading of CDs after many years of slide out tray. If this lasts as long as previous it will be super value.

I bought this to replace a lower performance unit that sits in my hobby room. Here the overall 10W output is plenty enough. The sound is crisp and clear. The DAB tuning was great, no need to extend th eaerial with ad hoc wiring, as I have had to with most other DABs in the house.Programming the desired stations is simple, justa s well as there are no instructions, that I could see on this, but it is mostly obvious ( find station, press menory, press memory to store).FM is quite good too considering electrical noise in th eenvirons the machine works in. Blue Tooth was simple and almost immediiate, connecting to my phone.For a second unit around the house I would say it is ideal.

Good sound for the size the only thing is the wires from the speakers are a bit too short.

I had some issues with the first system, but the provider exchanged no questions asked. Delighted with this compact system that delivers excellent sound quality - and at half the price I had expected to pay. The remote control makes life much easier - and the option to program favourite stations (which wasn't mentioned in the 'blurb' - i think) was a very welcome surprise.

Compact and neat. I like all the controls being on the front and the remote control makes it easy to mute quickly. CD player is on top, just one but will play discs with mp3 not just cd audio. My usb stick plays all my music and can skip if I need to. DAB radio but less likely to use it. Port in is for auxilliary such as mp3 player. My phone has no headphone jack but I can connect with bluetooth. Not greatest sound but good enough for background.

Brilliant little music system good sound, easy to set up and good value for money. Ideal for any room in a house or a garden room.
