Really RawHoney Energy Snack, Unstrained, 42 oz

My husband will not eat any other honey. This honey has a flavor that is heads and shoulders above other brands. It has a nice thick spreadable texture. We love that it is made in the United States of America. We also love that there are bits of the honeycomb and, the royal jelly on the top. You can easily scrape that aside if you don’t want to eat that part, But I believe there are lots of nutritious benefits to eating all the parts of this honey.

I have been buying it for years I don't know why I took so long to leave the stellar review that this company deserves. I absolutely will not allow myself to run out when I see myself getting even remotely low I will order another 5 pound jar. I'm a foody for sure and a self-proclaimed honey connoisseur. I've not found another honey and I've tried many that matches this one.

My first jar was an absolute delight. Packed in a glass jar, and as described. Wonderful taste. I ordered a second jar, also packed in glass. It had all the signs that it was packaged properly, including the clear plastic seal around the lid. However, when I finally picked it up to use it, there was a ring of honey underneath and it appears that honey flowed under the label from the top. Upon opening, I was blasted with a terrible sour and rotten odor--so strong that I refused even to hazard a taste. This item is NOT RETURNABLE. But Amazon kindly refunded my purchase. The jar is in the garbage. Sad ending to a sweet start.

I love this honey. It’s delicious and really fresh. Came in a packaging that kept everything closed properly - which does not always happen with food products! It tastes delicious and give me that quick boost of energy that makes honey so fabulous.

About twenty-five years ago on a fine April afternoon a customer walked into my office and saw that I was suffering terribly from hay fever. He was an ‘old guy’ (like I am now) and he told me that he could help me with my allergy problem. I was interested! He explained to me that I needed to take a teaspoon (or maybe he said tablespoon) of raw, uncooked, and unfiltered honey each day beginning in early January and by April of the following year I wouldn’t have hay fever again because I would slowly build up an immunity to the pollen in the air.I figured that I’d try it because it couldn’t hurt (unless I got cavities!).The following January I did try this ‘Really Raw Honey’ … and IT WORKED! No more allergies. I was amazed. Since that time all those years ago I have done this every year (except in 2018 when I forgot to buy it). I have not suffered from hay fever again except for that one year.Disclaimer: several doctors have told me that this absolutely does not work and it is only a placebo.Well, it worked for me and I didn’t put any stupid chemicals in my body to beat the allergies.Oh, I didn’t get any cavities either.I should add that the flavor is terrific and I highly recommend that you try this at least one time. I do keep it in a cool dark place in the pantry so that it will remain slightly firm.

This is my all time absolute favorite truly raw honey!! I love chewing the bits of wax even. The taste is superb, the consistency is phenomenal. I can always count on really raw honey for superior product. I have been wondering about bee parts ending up in the mix since there is no filtering and today I found one. I'm sure I've crunched on lil bee parts before as well. Kinda grossed me out but I still love this honey :) I eat it straight outta the jar and add it to my cacao drinks and teas. Sad about the price increase and the changing from glass to plastic tho.

Absolutely love this honey. Used it to make a honey based salad dressing over kale and spiralized beets. Measure 4 tsp of honey and zap in microwave for about 10 seconds to soften. Add 4 tsp olive oil and 4 tsp red wine vinegar; 2 tsp dijon mustard; 3 tsp minced shallot and salt and pepper to taste. Delicious.Then onto Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies...Soften 1/4 c coconut oil and 1/4 c raw honey in microwave for about 15 seconds. Using a whisk mix in 1/3 c coconut flour, 2 whole large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla. Continue whisking until you have a thicker consistency. (You might have to add a small amount of extra coconut flour to obtain the right consistency. Mix in 1/3 c dark chocolate chips. Use a spoon to portion out the cookie dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press down on the mounds to shape into desired size. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes. These make great bite sized cookies. Enjoy
