The product feels like silicone. There are 3 pieces in the box, all are the same size. This will be useful for you if your nasal passage is narrow or contracts when you breath. I feel much better breathing when I'm using this. Will update after overnight use. Although it seems unlikely to help with snoring as the causes of snoring are different than what this product solves.

THis product is really good. Only hitch is that its plastic and can come off in the middle of the night sometimes. However its very effective.
