This may have worked fine but it was too small and I had to return it.

The 180 degree feature would probably OK for a bar stool. It was too restrictive when you are fishing. I threw it away and bought two 360 degree swivels for the forward seats on my pontoon boat. Problem solved.

This part was installed easily by my husband and is a good replacement for the swivel stool we have. The swivel function works when sitting in the chair and the person turns however it does not freely swivel. The chair stays in a fixed position when not in use. Since installing we have had no problems with daily use.

I was delisted to find that that this fit perfectly to refit my bar chairs. One of mine was wobbly and was losing small bearings, thought I would need to replace the chairs, even though one was still ok. After replacing the first one I decided to go a head and replace the second chair also…saved me the cost of new chairs!
