It works really well, so well that I will probably buy it again. HOWEVER, I truly hope they begin to make this in different flavors because I have to hold my nose while I drink it. Helps me fall asleep but not in a dramatic way that makes me feel groggy the next day. Doesn't give me weird dreams. It would truly be a 5/5 if the taste was better. Edit: I got used to the taste and really kind of like it now. But I probably went through at least 4-5 boxes before I was able to actually enjoy the taste. It works so well still, even after over a year of taking it 4-5 days a week, it deserves 5 stars. I wish it was a little less expensive.

It works without making you miss your alarm in the morning or feel foggy the next day. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night hungry like I have with sleep aid pills. And plain ol’ melatonin pills have never really helped me fall asleep. The taste will grow on you. But I think it tastes best when I fill up my 40oz cup 2/3s of the way and drink most of it or leave half for the next evening. And it works wonderfully. Highly recommend. I always hear about how sleep type products cause xyz problems in the long run and really hope that this isn’t the case but I guess we will find out 😂

When you prepare this, do not drink it if you still need to feed the pets, put the children to bed, wash your face...definitely do not think you have time for a shower. Be in bed. I don't usually find these types of products work for me. I deal with insomnia and have just adjusted to sleeping when I can. My husband works an odd shift. He needs to be able to come in from work and go to bed. I figured we would try the sleepy mix since we like Liquid IV's other flavors. Wow...I drank mine before I had washed my face before bed. When it hit...it hit. I decided no other chores were getting done. I felt woozy and relaxed...suddenly! I had definitely underestimated this stuff! I warned my husband not to make the same mistake I did. I did fall asleep quickly (for me). Unfortunately, I didn't stay asleep for the night and I did have weird dreams. The next time was better, but I just don't think it's for me. My husband, however, loves it. It's a bit pricey. But it seems to work pretty well for him, so I try to keep them on hand (when I can find it). If you have trouble falling asleep, it's worth a try. It did help shut down the usual chaos in my head. (It's like crack hamsters pounding red bulls, while blasting loud techno) The taste is...okay. I was surprised I didn't like it. I don't hate it...just not my favorite. But it's just 8oz. Easy. It would be amazing if they made one that tasted like a fine, well aged whiskey. Just throwing that out there.

This flavor nis NASTY!! And I am not a picky person 😂. Works like any other liquid IV. Didn't seem to help me sleep.

This tastes absolutely disgusting. I don’t think it helps at all. I was disappointed because I kept drinking it even though it tastes so gross and then it didn’t even work

I have sleep issues (I have a hard time falling and staying asleep). I've tried OTC gummies and tablets and they leave me feeling groggy. This liquid iv sleep seems to put me into a comfy state and I fall asleep within an hour of taking it (at bedtime). I wake up less and when I wake, I feel rested without the grogginess. Flavor is tasty, mild and subtle. I appreciate that, and when I brush after, there is no residual stickiness like some drinks cause. Love it and highly recommend to anyone who needs help falling and staying asleep.

My husband has been with ‘a branch of the military’ for 43 years. He has not slept more than two-three hours at a stretch and he dehydrates hisself keeping up with our large yard. That said, no matter how much he exhausted hisself, it was always the same—that’s all the sleep he got. It was quickly playing havoc on his body and he was drained at the end of every day. I can’t begin to tell you how this sleep aid and the hydration mix has changed OUR lives. I have cried heavy tears of happiness listening to his once short lived ‘banshee growl’ snores that are now converted to ‘kitten purrs’ that last five and sometimes six hours!!! His blood pressure has lowered, his mood is steady, and his eyes are bright again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating this marvelous sleep aid and Rehyrating mix. P. S.
