I have been using this product for my hormones for 2 years. Needed a little more, now I’m on HRT. I thought I didn’t need this anymore so I stopped taking it for a month. I've been having horrible hot flashes for about a year now. So bad, that they would literally wake me up from a sound sleep. I was so uncomfortable. I would drink a cup of coffee, instant hot flash. I would lay down in bed, put the sheet on top of me, instant hot flash. Don't even get me started on drinking wine... I would literally sweat through my clothes! I tried a lot of things. Nothing worked. Until this. I honestly didn't think it was going to, or even that it WAS working, until a week had gone by and I realized, "Hey! I haven't had a hot flash in awhile..." It took about 3 weeks for these to kick in, but they have changed my life. I will continue to take these until I think I'm too old to keep having hot flashes... does that happen? LOL. I wonder when I'll know to stop taking these? Oh well, for now, I'm a repeat customer. TRY THEM!!

Does great controlling the hot flashes and night sweats as well as helping my mood stay in a good place. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wish I didn't buy this product it does NOT help with hot flashes it did nothing for me dont waste your money.

Oh it's a very good product I would have given 5 stars because it keeps me running to the bathroom all day if you want to clean out your intestines this is what you want

This is the only thing that’s worked for me. It’s gradual so give it time. Im 52 and have been suffering from hot flashes for over a year!! A month ago I couldn’t sleep because I was burning up one minute and freezing cold the next. It took a good two weeks on this to start to notice a difference but I’m finally able to sleep at night and my hot flashes during the day are gone. This is all that I take because I have a blood disorder (mthfr) that prevents me from doing any hormone (estrogen) therapy. This has worked wonders for me and I hope it continues!!
