Great idea - but I expected a better quality blade. Very flimsy and not sharp at all. Going to take it to The House of Knives to see if they can sharpen it :(

My mother loves this knife. She thought her days in the kitchen were over.

The ergonomic aspect is very good but I find it a bit to bulky and heavy for my hand which is small. The blade is sharp and cuts well.

So Good I bought a second one for my Canada home. The sawing cutting motion works well for persons with limited hand strength and dexterity impairment.

Excellent for people with limited strength.

Perfect solution for my wife's arthritis. Much easier for her to use than a traditional version.
