I had very high cortisol at night preventing me from sleeping well, coupled with heart palpitations for hours upon waking. I ended up switching out my morning dose for Zhou Calm Now which has zinc and B vitamins and a few other adaptogens for adrenal fatigue and I prefer that since it gives me a little boost. The combination of this at night and the Calm Now during the day has given me my life back. I will say, when I took this Phosphatidylserine during the day a few times it never once made me sleepy and I noticed feeling calmer. Thank you for making this product!!!

I stopped in a health food store to seek information on products to help improve my memory and was given a brochure on Phosphatidylserine. After reading it and doing some online research, I decided to give it a try, and checked availability on Amazon. I have been taking two PS/day for about 30 days now, and I definitely see an improvement in my memory. The only reason that I am giving it four stars instead of five is that the difference for me is subtle rather than "Wow, my short term memory is perfect now." Don't get me wrong, I am thrilled with the results I am seeing so far and will definitely keep taking PS.
