Made the wrap look dress so far. Turned out great! Lots of compliment.For all those Japanese sewing books, I don’t add additional seam allowances after tracing them out. Their designs are boxy enough that I don’t need to add seam allowance. It’s actually more flattering that way. I’m a S/XS in ready to wear.

Neat book but tracing all the patterns is really hard as they overlap each other. Three more sheets for the patterns wouldn't have hurt the company. Instead I had to trace every outfit with a different colored marker so that I can trace patterns. Took a long time, which is something I'm very unhappy about.Designs are cool and I've done changes of the clothes to suit myself.

these are lovely patterns and appear to fit a wide range of body types. The focus is on using lovely fabric.

I haven't made anything from this yet, though have from other books by the author. I do sit and just read through for the sheer joy of planning, though. And have several projects in mind for when I have some spare making time...

Nice to look at, but unless you are a petite build or similar build to the author, then the sizes are on the small size. I found the contents rather limited and after a few pages, they seemed to be unchallenging.

Another beautiful book with versatile shapes that you can wear time and time again. Only downside is yet again the construction details are scant. Sad for us home taught sewers
