This company is amazing. I use these softgels and their mouthwash, and I would recommend them to anyone.Other than the health benefits, the aftertaste is delicious when it occasionally comes up from burping.I would also recommend their mouthwash, it has done wonders for me.These products really work!

I previously ordered these on the Young Living website, and I am so glad they are on Amazon now. I used this product for a horrible MRSA infection I had 5 years ago, and I make sure to always take thses when I am feeling a bit off health wise. I am so glad there was an alternative to cure my MRSA. The lemongrass is the key ingredient I used these for. This particular essential oil helps eradicate the bacteria inside the body. I looked up scientific articles that had a list of essential oils that kill off the bacteria, if anyone also suffers from this do your research please. I personally know how unpleasant this can be, and it's very life changing. Thanks Young Living!

I have indigestion and when I burp it always tasted like herbs which was not a good thing. These gave me a 3 day, light menstrual cycle with no other pms symptoms. These also helped with energy and my skin.

Flew to my sister's for Christmas and then was planning to got to see my husband's family in Europe right after. Turns out her husband was ill with flu and after two days with them I was becoming ill, too. She gave me Inner Defense and the illness faded away by the next afternoon. I took them for a week because of all the ill people around us on the plane and then when we got there. Unlike what usually happens to me, I stayed well the entire time.When I feel a strong flu coming or we're traveling, I take them two at a time with food twice a day. Some people might need less. I've found if you stop immediately when you feel better, it can come back. I sometimes have sinus issues and often I would get sick just from being on the plane with other people. Not any more. My husband and I have never had to travel sick since we've started bringing it with us.

This is a lifesaver of a product! I travel frequently and always carry Inner Defense with me. One capsule if I start to feel off knocks it right out. On a recent trip out of the country I felt a cold sore coming on. Freaking out I thought to poke a small hole in the end of an Inner Defense capsule and applied the oil directly to my lip several times a day. The tingling subsided right away and within 24 hours the cold sore was gone! Truly amazing!
