Cosmas 65049-SN Satin Nickel Single Duplex Electrical Outlet Wall Plate/Cover

We recently had our walls repainted and the previous wall covers didn't look great anymore. Because we'd also replaced all of our door hardware around the house (knobs, strike plates, hinges and door stops) to an oil rubbed bronze color, I found these wall covers. These are beautiful and exactly the thing to really make everything look pulled together.

The mounting screws provided are not correct for United States customers.United States uses slotted, not Phillips screws. This causes mismatch on other plates in same room. Additionally, the screws are too long. Be prepared to search for correct screws , in black. Gave it two stars as I now need to locate the correct screws.

This item was a replacement of a prior identical switch plate that arrived with the screw holes for the decora side drilled in the wrong spot. The new one was close to perfect, and matched the finish of the Amerock plates we already had in the bathroom. Amerock did not make a duplex plate with a regular switch/decora side by side, so this was what we settled on. It fits the spot nicely, and works perfectly with the brown Eaton fan timer switch we needed it for. It is a quality cast part, as stated.

This wall plate is nice looking. I enjoy it. The only problem is that the accompanying screws are too long and do not match (they are very shiny silver). Luckily the screws from the old switch plate I removed worked fine.

I purchased 2 single toggle switch plates as well as 2 Duplex Outlet Switch plates in Oil-Rubbed Bronze. These are very high quality plates and an amazing price. I plan to use more of these as I continue to work on my house.All the plates came with matching screws to install and went on without any issues. I also installed  Gasket Covers, Electrical Outlet & Light Switch Plate Draft Stopper Foam Gaskets  under all of them without problems.The oil rubber bronze appears to be a little darker in real life than the pictures show, especially the center flat part. But, the finish and color on these is really great and top of the line.

I have bought these for my whole house, and I love them. They look so much better than the plastic ones. These work well if you have black plugs and light switches

Worked well and matches a similar style I purchased from Lowe’s. Difficult to find this type of plate cover in metal at the big box stores. Fair price and fast delivery.

We recently painted our living and dining rooms and decided to also refresh the light switch plates. The designer I worked with recommended this switch plate and it was perfect; simple and elegant.

It is nice but has a scrarch in the top left corner. Good quality though. I am keeping it.
