I’ve bought 4 of these to date, three for Christmas gifts and they have gone down very well. Will be buying regularly. You can add whatever you like, and no need to measure and mix spices. Makes it quick and easy to make an authentic sauce.

They are great easy to use and so flavourful

Calling these things "kits" is really misleading. What it actually means is a single tiny package of curry powder per recipe - and two of those sachets per box.There's no adding different spices / blends at different stages of cooking, and the end result is a sad, underspiced, bland plate of food.The result is, at least, edible - but it's certainly never going to be the flavour bomb that blows your socks off.

The presentation of these curry packs is outstanding. Really excellent, with lots of info, attention to detail, attractive packets, etc. However, this is what you are paying the high price for.Remove the packaging, and essentially you are left with a few packets of mixed spices. If you take everything out of the packaging and look at what you have paid for, it is an astronomical price.Especially seeing as you still have to add your own other ingredients. For example, everything needs additional things like onions, ginger, garlic, oil… sometimes coconut milk… and obviously the main curry item for the dish e.g. vegetables, chicken, etc.The flavours of the curries are very nice, so I cannot fault anything there. However, it can only be 3 out of 5 stars, due to the price.If they priced this more fairly, it would be something I would purchase repeatedly, but at £18.99 for 8 relatively small packets of mixed spices… nope, that is crazy.

Like convenience and easy to use in any curry to give excellent flavour. Bit expensive but worth it.

These were brought for me as a gift as i love Indian cooking and make a lot of Indian curries from scratch.These were amazing for those nights when you just don't have the time to do it all from scratch without compromising on quality and taste.This still had a depth of taste with layers rather than being one dimensional.I really enjoyed the 5 of them that i have cooked do far, so much so that i have ordered this as a gift for another friend.I'd recommend these

Excellent set of curry kits with a wide variety of flavours. Comes in nice box which looks great when giving as a gift. The packaging is great and feels premium, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend
