I am not a fan of thr taste
These are not the tastiest gummies in vitamin form. They taste like a metal to me and I am not a fan of that taste....I purchased for my 13 year old son for the health benefits and to help with his anemia. They were a bit melted upon arrival as well. They are a good price for the size of the bottle and health benefits.
