It's not great for already dry skin
First of all, let me say that I am super happy with this company for being organic and way less toxic than most soaps.I bought this because I have a cute little toddler with eczema. Her eczema is mild compared to most kids, but it still causes her some pretty serious discomfort if we aren't careful. So I decided to try this soap, since it's mild, unscented, and recommended by a few web sites for kids with eczema.I hate to say it, but I don't like this soap very much. I actually used it on myself and found my skin dryer than ever. It dries my daughter's skin out too, but we lotion her after every bath anyway, so it's not a huge deal.. but it is annoying.I got the 2-pack so I will be using this product for a while longer, but honestly I won't be buying it again. There are other eczema soaps out there that I just prefer hands down to this product.

Okay, smells a little funky though.
It's fine. I bought it to add in some glycolic acid for a scalp treatment (seborrhic dermatitis) and it seems to foam nicely. Smells a bit weird (unmixed by my addition) but it does serve me well as a base shampoo.

Shampoo and body wash is very efficient in taking out ...
Shampoo and body wash is very efficient in taking out the irritation from your affected areas. It is much more efficient with the Metaderm scalp spray especially when it comes to certain times of the day where the itching is very severe but it is neither in the morning or in the evening where you can take a shower

Used for 12+ weeks and did not work
I have been having an issue with dryness and flakiness around my hairline for more than six months. I searched for a long time before deciding to buy MetaDerm Baby Shampoo. I used it for over 12 weeks (November to February) and barely saw a reduction in my symptoms which is disappointing. I kept a bottle at the kitchen sink and did notice my usually dry hands that tend to crack weren't as bad as usual during the 12 weeks.

Works very well, but the smell leaves something to be desired.
While this works great at getting our new little one clean, the smell it leaves behind leaves something to be desired. We were hoping for no scent at all, especially since babies smell so sweet naturally, and this smells very acidic like vomit (not nearly as strong though obviously). We have used it since birth, and he is now 4 months old, but I use something else for his head, so his hair isn't stinky. The smell dissipates from the skin somewhat quickly, but it seemed to linger on the hair till his next bath so we stopped using it for shampoo and now use the unscented everyday shea shampoo from whole foods, with great results and no rashes to boot. So, while it works well and does great for the sensitive skin our kiddos all seem to have, the smell is really a big downside.

Fantastic for babies with eczema!
My little one's hands were cracking and bleeding because the daycare used softsoap to wash their hands. I replaced it with this - not only did his hands heal, but it healed my other little one's red rashed cheeks as well. I use this with a nice coat of aquaphor after.
