Works as advertised with my royal brew nitro cold brew keg.

I bought this to explore the idea of making an iced chai latte and boy was I impressed! Focusing on the results themselves I did the milk separate from the nitro iced chai and the result was velvety and creamy aside from the sweetened condensed milk I added, but only enhanced by the sweetened condensed milk. Understand that the texture will be less like a whippped cream and more velvety when you create drinks with this product. The amount you can make depends on the size of your ISI canister, so bear that in mind as you are shopping. I effectively got two drinks from each charging, which still feels expensive for home use, but it’s essentially about 75 cents per drink on the nitrogen cost side of things. I will explore making a cold foam cream with it at a later date and provide updates, but for charging up iced tea it works a treat and provides a fantastic texture. Oh….use Stevia to sweeten it instead of sugar because sugar can give you undesired textural results I think.

These cartridges are low on no2. Like by half of what is in the other cartridges I have purchased in the past. I am not happy with the new choices I have to choose from. I have bought packs that carry 50 units. Now that you took those out of my choices, and I have to buy in amounts of 40 or less for more money and less quality pisses me off. Seems like ‘shrinkflation’ to me. If I can’t find my previous selection, I will find them elsewhere and not order from you!

Real Nitrogen not NO2 Works great for Nitro Cold Brew, fine creamy head.

I just opened one of these and tried to make whipped cream and it does not work when I put it in the canister. It made the smallest little noise and so I kind of wondered and it does not work. It does not put the gas in that it needs or whatever so I wasted my money don’t waste yours.

Deceptive packaging. It is suggested that these are 8g cartridges but they are not - only 2g. Since they will not accept returns, now we're stuck with them.

Fabulous design, sleek and professional looking. Gas refills are a bit expensive. Cleans well. Makes fabulous velvety smooth iced coffee

As with other customers each cartridge did not go far... Three cartridges in a dispenser loaded with half a litre, I expected one would be enough... first time using a dispenser/whipper. Even when just loading with water one cartridge ran out very quickly (would have taken 3 again).! Product details state "wont whip cream" - all a bit odd (internet info NO2 best for cream) still even a test with water nowhere near 500ml claimed.

These are the only capsules fitting the nitro press. I truly love the nitro press and ability to make home made nitro cold brew. Well worth the investment!

The result using these N2 capsules is amazing coffee experience. Smooth texture, taste strongly improved. Not to be confused with N2O capsules designed for cream.
