I was introduced to this cereal by my son-in-law. He eats it daily. I highly recommend it. It is delicious - and I don't normally eat cereal. The crunchy, sweet taste is satisfying. It fills me up in the morning better than oatmeal. My 20's year old also likes to eat it. I purchase it on the Amazon Subscription for the most reasonable price. I highly recommend this cereal to stay healthy.

Gives some flavor to the high fiber cereal when you mix them together.

I didn't know how to put this on auto delivery . My husband eats this the DR. said this was the best for fiber. Great taste my husband loves it.

This is a great quality cereal with healthy ingredients and great benefits. The package is large and you get a decent amount for what you pay for. Though the cereal is not very sweet itself, the added Honey makes it taste even better. I enjoy eating it for breakfast and adding coconut milk, and fresh strawberries or blueberries. It tastes great! I recommend if you are dieting and need to avoid specific ingredients, or just to get more fiber in your body. Sometimes I just fill up a Ziploc bag and take some with me as a snack on the go.Pros: Great-tasting cereal, a good source of fiber.Cons: As with most cereals it has a lot of carbs + milk adds more sugar as well to the meal!🥣🥣🥣🥣

These are tasty, if a little sweet (thanks to all the added sugar), and high in fiber as promised. But I’ve ordered a few different Fiber One cereals and every time they’ve been a bit smashed in the shipping box, because there wasn’t any packaging in the box.
