After getting Ashwagandha tablets from another seller which made me feel really funny, I came across these ones. Higher Nature is such a fab company, Ive purchased other tablets from them in the past (L-theanine, Balance for nerves) so I knew I would have great results with these. These really have helped me with my long term generalised anxiety, they make me feel extremely focused and strong minded and its also enhanced my yoga practice incredibly - I am able to stretch further in certain positions and feel extremely grounded. I really cant recommend these enough!

Bought it to use before my evening workout. Great combination of herbs that relieve stress and provide a gentle pick-me-up in the afternoon. Good brand.

Been taking these for 3 weeks through a quite stressful time, maybe I haven’t given them long enough to work but I haven’t noticed any difference.Edit: I continued to take them for a further month and I can’t say I noticed any difference. Perhaps the effect is subtle.
