I've tasted magnesium chalk, but this calcium phosphate tastes more like food. I love the bulk supply. I stick the tip of my spoon in it to put a little on my oatmeal. I add here and there, sometimes to my pea protein powder.I heard broccoli has enough calcium, but I don't want to take chances. I do love broccoli though and will buy more soon, after I finish my brussel sprouts.
