Does this make your hair grow thicker if you use on your face?

Shaving or cutting your hair does not make it grow back thicker. That's an old wives tale. It will grow back exactly the same thickness it was before.

Are blades stainless steel? If not, what kind of metal is used?

Yes, the razors are stainless steel.

Do you use shaving cream with the razors?

I don't personally use shaving cream though I'm sure you could. I clean my face with Witch Hazel prior to using the razor, that's what my Esthetician recommend.
