Crawfish and snails were delivered overnight. All arrived alive and the crawfish were very lively. Snails took awhile too adapt, but are beginning too slowly move. Pay attention too Toledos messages to you. They ship much faster then Amazon's updates and tracking shows. Crawfish were much larger then I was expecting. I honestly was expecting tiny little ones, but these were easily 3"+. They also included 1 extra crawfish and 2 extra snails in case of DOA. Snails were a mix of sizes. The smallest one not disappointing. Will add updates with their progression, but so far everyone looks good. This is the second time I have ordered from Toledo, and will use them in the future again.

I ordered this bundle and received very quickly.All but one crayfish survived the shipping, and all are thriving almost 2 weeks later. Happy there.However, all but one of the snails survived. Contacted seller, and was instructed to wait a few days. Few days past and all but one of the snails died. I replied to seller back with my findings including photos of the dead snails on 2/7 with no response.Besides one snail, they all died, with the last being last night. I haven’t heard back since I provided photos on 2/7, so I will give it a few more business days. Waiting to hear response.I am hoping for just to cut my losses and either have half of my money refunded, or new snails sent.Will take this review down if my request is met.Aside from that, the crayfish have been excellent. I’m hoping it was just a fluke, because I’m considering ordering minnows to keep for my upcoming 2024 fishing season.

The snails are great! moving around and eating stuff off the rocks. After about two weeks three of the five crawdads ate two of their own, don't know why I thought there was plenty to eat in the pond. So I've been adding cucumbers and the occasional worm, I have not found any more bodies. So far all the animals are happy and growing fairly big.

All critters arrived alive! Weeks later still doing well.

I ordered five crayfish and five stales and received six healthy crawdads and seven healthy snails in two days. Everybody was in great condition and they loved crawling into my pond. I would definitely do business with this company again very healthy little creatures arrived. Thank you.

Alive and kicking, ready to rock out in the pond, I was amazed at how beautiful and healthy these yappies were, wow a white one and a reddish color, very impressed! AND!! Again, 2 extras put in there! snails looked healthy as well! ! Love it, Thank you
