Works great. I’m not the best at this kind of thing, but figured it out relatively fast with the help of the great YouTube videos that are online. The vinyl that it comes with is not good. I saw a lot of reviews that stated that. Got much better results when I got better paper. Do yourself a favor and get some especially if you’re new at this. Plus it’s easier the set up the first time with good paper.

Pros: "Awesome" Amateur friendly... Cons: The included Vinyl is poor quality, mainly due to insufficient backing thickness. Do yourself a favor and buy Orical by 3M or another quality vinyl stock. ~BEWARE~ of Pressure cut Definition, The actual function is more defined as: "Cutter to Vinyl Distance" then refined to distance into the vinyl being cut. It is easy to cut far to deep, so start in small increments until the cutter reach's the vinyl... then proceed to necessary depth without cutting through the backing.

Not my fist cutter, I’ve owned several and still do. Worst cutter I’ve ever owned, worst support. Instructions not easy to use. Total waste of money. Cutter will not calibrate cuts different on one end of the machine to the other, and all over the place. Either too deep or too shallow, tears the vinyl. Not usable, not a correctly working machine, waste of time setting up, trying to calibrate for 3 hours. I will be returning for full refund.

Works great and software is easy to use. Using this kit with Oracal 751 permanent outdoor vinyl to make ready to attach decals for construction equipment.

21DEC2024: First vinyl cutter (34 inch semi-automatic) for me; bought after pricing out several signs I needed made vs buying the machine, materials, and time to do it myself (plus learning a new skill). Works very well though vinyl doesn't track perfectly straight no matter how much I adjust it (and I'm used to working with big plotters so not an amateur here; likely the feed roller is just slightly misaligned). Biggest issue I had was the software it came with, specifically the machine settings. Instructions say to use the model number on the cutter itself and the software would only relay half of the cutting code/instructions to the machine, resulting in half cut/incomplete cutting. Used other free software that worked perfect, but sliced across to protect their license. Reached out to Vevor for help with no response... Tried other cutters and found Cutter Y-870A to be the golden ticket! Cutting like crazy now!

The only reasons I gave the mechine 3 stars are. The first machine arrived damaged missing a lot of parts. You can tell it came from an over packaged container from China. I contacted the seller first. As everyone should. But landed up contacting Amazon anyway. They arranged pickup and shipped me a new one. It's an awesome little machine. I'm stupid and thought printer/plotter meant it would both print and plot the cut. Well it just cuts. You can send the file to a regular printer if you wish. But this machine doesn't print. The customer service after the sell. Customers service was horrible. The vynal they sell with the machine. It is about as thick as wrapping paper. Just send it to recycling, it's garbage. It says its free, but we all know you pay for it. Though it does come with free software. You can't vectorize with it. Pretty much rendering the machine useless. Oh they will sell you the software. It cost more than the machine does. They do offer a monthly payment plan though. Pretty smart on their behalf, I guess. As far as the physical machine it's pretty cool. Cool enough that, after all the issues. I would probably buy another one. But heck I now have the software anyway.
