I've had this brand belt for over a year now and love it ! It has held up very well, with no discernable degradation. Like it so much I just purchased another. My only issue with my recent order was the sizing. I wear a size 34 pant, so I ordered the 32-36 size. This belt was too tight (short). I returned it and re-ordered in the 36-40 waist size. Just received it and tried it on. Perfect ! So, I recommend buying a size a bit larger than what your pant size is. Remember, you can always trim it if it's too long for you.

Good ratchet belt, good price, easy to size

Nice belt well worth the money the reason I knocked this to a 4 star is the belt release is a little stiff and doesn't release as easy as other belts I've had. I'm hoping it loosens up a bit over time but still a worthwhile purchase and would buy another.

This ratchet belt is awesome. It never loses its shape and fits perfectly every time. I will warn you, there were no directions that came with this belt and when my wife first tried it on, we could not figure out how to take it off. If it was me, I would have freaked out and cut the belt off, but she is more patient. We finally realized there is a tiny little lever on the bottom of the buckle. Turn that lever and the belt releases. Once you have that, you will never go back to a regular belt either. This is perfect.

I have usually had a hard time finding a belt that strong enough and sturdy enough to last more then 3 and a half month around my waist before it broke, but as soon as I put the belt on i knew this belt was going to last for awhile, it has a strong sturdy buckle, the strap is real leather and can smell it immediately after you take it out of the package and love that it doesn't have notches in the belt to use to hold the belt together instead it latches the design is amazing and have already told several people about this belt and where I got it

Look, quality, stylish, durability ratchet and tightening mechanisms. Release is a little tricky but after a brief-panic, I figured it out!

Like others have stated, I had to cut it off to get out of the belt. This is cheap and a horrible belt. If you never had a ratchet belt, don't let this review discourage you from trying one. There are some really nice ratchet belts if it is your first time wanting one. I have several others (not this brand) and I love them. This particular belt isn't the belt you want at all.

Great style, but you should learn the unbuckling mechanism before wearing it. It's a "pull outward" lever thing. You should get the hang of it before you really have to use the washroom or something.

Purchased this one as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. It’s even nicer than I expected. High quality make and looks sharp! He loved it and the ratchet action. Its really nice, no more stretched holes or worn out looking belt. Last belt I bought him was from a big box membership store and it broke within a week. This one looks like it will last.

When I opened the box I was a little taken aback with how large the buckle was but after using it a couple of weeks it is just fine. Unlatching the buckle is tricky. If when you push the latch it seems stuck, just push the belt as if you were tightening it and the latch will open easily.

I think the ratchet mechanism will wear out the notches over time. But okay value for the money.

I like the black, the leather glides smoothly when putting it on and the buckle is quieter than most belts with that type of buckle, so all in all you get my five star
