Metabolic Maintenance Silymarin stabilizes my blood sugar levels because I do not get the spikes, high or low. I have liver and gallbladder issues and so far I think this is really working! I take it a few times a day and so far it seems like it’s helping the pain I usually have. Milk thistle is so good for the liver but this brand seems to be especially good and working well. I’d recommend for anyone looking to prevent liver issues or currently having them!

I am sad to say - having reaction with each capsule. (Label False?) I cannot use ANY stearates and have horrible quick reaction each dose. In the past I have had lrg lumps appear in neck (ran to ultrasound) and my fingernail nail beds hurt and loosen by second day. After 2 caps of THIS milk thistle I have two nails sore & loosened. I did loose half of one. (Nail bed dies.) You cannot trust these. *Breasts got sore and that's dangerous. I am aware people and AMA use MT to reduce estro via liver etc. but MT CAN stimulate LIKE estrogen in some. Be aware.Also - if allergic to poison ivy - it can affect you neg.

Metabolic Maintenance makes the best supplements! I'm happy with this product as I am with another one from this company. I plan on buying other supplements from this company. High quality products and this didn't upset my stomach or cause any issues. Gluten free.
