Chapin International 6-1945 Seal and Gasket Repair Kit for Chapin Poly Open Head Sprayers

Kit includedveverything except on handle flat seal, I was able to flip it over and use it.. This sprayer works great I bought it back in the 80's and it is the first rebuild. It only handled caustic chemicals for HVAC..

Mostly correct parts to repair a Chapin 21220XP. All the parts for reworking the pump head and diaphragms are fine. However the large oring they include is too small of a diameter to seal the lid to the body.

My old Chapin 2120 quit holding air, and the new competitor models at the big box stores just don't compare. So after searching the Chapin website, I bought this kit. Sure enough it worked to repair it. It has the right lid gasket, but it also has the parts to repair the plunger/pump mechanism and a couple of gaskets for the sprayer tip. It got my sprayer back to fully functional again. I took off a star because it didn't have the gaskets I needed to replace the one on the pressure relief valve or on the spray nozzle adjustment. Otherwise it was just what I needed. BTW, there are no instructions, so be sure to pay attention to how you disassemble the sprayer.

Usually don’t need all that is included…but good to have.

My 16 year old sprayer deteriorated, so I got this kit and got it back in service.
