New Chapter Blood Pressure Supplement Take Care with Organic, Vegan Grapeseed + Black Currant + Non-GMO Ingredients, 30 Count

I've been using this product for years and it really does help keep my BP in healthy zones. Plus, since I can't swallow pills/capsules, I can empty the capsule out and mix the content with water or juice.

This is a good supplement. They can't say on the label that it brings your blood pressure down, but I have found it to take it down up to 10 points. It's really very good. My lower number hovers around 90, which I hate, so when I take this it usually goes down 7 points or so or more. I also take a water pill but that alone doesn't work. If I don't take my water pill and the BP take care, then the lower number usually hits 100! Everyone has different body chemistry but it's worth a try! :)

I ordered this medicine as I like company's philosophy (Organic and wholesome). I used this WholeMega and I had good experience in reducing Triglycerides. I am using the blood pressure supplement for the last 3 weeks; did not see any major different in the blood pressure readings so I am not sure it is working or not. With prescription medicine, the difference could be seen in few days; unfortunately I was expecting same with this supplement (which is not exactly prescription medicine). I will try it for the full 2 months (60 capsules) and if I saw any difference, then I would re-order it and update this review, otherwise I might stop taking it after 2 months.

New Chapter makes quality products so I decided to try this one and add it to my "cocktail" of alternative supplements in the morning. I am still taking blood pressure medication but I have been able to lower the dose since taking these vegetable caps. New Chapter does not say that it cures high blood pressure but that it helps to support pressure already in normal ranges which means that it helps to prevent high blood pressure. If you already have high blood pressure it may help to lower it but it does not cure it.

51yo 6’1” 180lbs just taking this because it’s starting to creep up… but repeatedly, when I do take it, I inevitably feel terrible for the day. It took a while to connect the dots that it was this supplement. But I’ve since tested the theory. It wasn’t due to blood pressure being too low or too high either. It’s just something in the ingredients I apparently don’t get along with. Bummer, since it gets such great reviews.

For many years I had high blood pressure, not high enough for medication but enough that you heard the nurse say, high blood pressure in room 2. Then one day my doctor wanted me to see a cardiologist and that got me scared. I came across this and thought I would give it a try. I am on my second bottle and seen 2 of my regular doctor and both said, normal blood pressure. All I know is that this is a huge relief to me so I will continue to buy this and take it everyday!!!

Does anyone know why these are out of stock everywhere? My husband's systolic BP has come down 15-20 points since he started taking these, and his diastolic BP has come down 20-30 points. His BP before taking these was 140/95, and that was after he had already lost 40 lbs. and his BP had lowered some because of the weight loss. He didn't want to go to the doctor or take prescription drugs for his BP, but he agreed to try this supplement from New Chapter, and I'm glad he did. But just when we found something that works, we can't find this supplement any more. Does anyone know what the problem is? All that I can guess is that there was a production problem, but I couldn't find anything about it on the New Chapter website. He's taking grapeseed extract (the main ingredient in this supplement) in the meantime until the supply chain is reestablished, but I would prefer to be able to get more of the New Chapter BP Take Care.

Gave to husband after rehab stay. Likes the taste and easy to swallow.
