This bread is not edible. It literally falls to pieces as soon as you pull it out of the bag. It's drier than a crouton, its gross.

Awfully expensive, but taste is good. We travel to Greece every year and with these we can make Dakos that taste almost as good as we eat there.Each bun is wrapped tightly in a sealed plastic wrap inside the larger bag. Shipped in a large box with lots of padding. They arrived mostly intact, but they are so fragile that some were still in pieces. Doesn't matter. Probably a lot of the cost is the shipping.

The rusks themselves taste great and were just like we remembered in Crete, however, 75% of the rusks arrived broken and in crumbs.
