Not the end all
The product descriptions & graphics were wonderful however action is tougher. It takes quite a few practice runs to make it smooth & easy. My problem was trying to cook a boneless rolled pork and keeping the temperature consistent. Part of the problem is my gas grill is rather old & it has hot spots which this unit will not even out. I still prefer indirect charcoal which I cannot use in my association in AZ.

Best grill marks and flare up protection
These have been awesome so far. I've never been able to get grill marks like this. Flare up protection is also a big plus.

2 of my 4 bent on my GE Monogram Grill
I purchased these (4) and experienced that two of the four bent and no longer lay flat on the grill. Upon contacting the company, I was told that they would give me a discount if I wanted to buy more. They are advertised to be durable but that was not my experience.
