This "I heart My Coffee" is several ounces smaller than the one that crashed; however, that is totally fine... It is actually easier to handle, and holds 28 full ounces - it is sturdy, top quality printing, perfect handle for comfort of gripping, and it is PRINTED on BOTH SIDES ! ... was so pleased to see that -- now I can see the design and also everyone on Zoom can see the cup printing! ... It is thrilling.Oh, and it came packed so carefully and expertly - in two boxes, and then encased in Styrofoam exactly fitting the mug. It arrived the very next day - way helpful, that.I fully endorse, love, and recommend this mug.

It does hold a decent amount of coffee. It is also a fun thing to have the biggest mug in the office. LOL

Loved the idea, unboxed and the lip of the mug was chipped, was not worth the gas or time to take to fed ex and return so just had to order another one because the person I ordered for had their heart set on it.. out 21 dollars.. but it is what it is
