So Good..
I think I've been B12 deficient because I have been noticeably shaking when I'm tense or stressed or nervous. It's been getting worse for many years and I've been vegan for many years. I've started taking B12 regularly and it's been a big improvement! Didn't fully realize how important this vitamin is for your nervous system! Highly recommend.I have no choice but to take this because it's hard or impossible to get these Vitamins from a plant based diet (I do 5-6 days a week plant based, and cheat a little on the other day and a half.) I'd been buying separate supplements for awhile. This comes out cheaper and offers more of B12 and Vitamin D than the other supplements I was taking. It has been about a month and I am gradually seeing a difference in my energy levels and nails. So far so good!

Box big but contents only 10%
I can't write a product review, because it will take time to see the effect of vitmain intake.My first impression why they are using a big container when contents is filling hardly 10% if the size?

I have used this product since last 3 months now. It has shown positive changes in my body and I do not feel lethargic and dizzy now. Recommended if you have B12 deficiency. Can be taken as general supplement without any side effect.

Favorite Vitamin
This is my favorite vitamins as it gives me lot of energy. I’m pure vegetarian so that’s the reason I really don’t have a good source of B12This product is good enough to feel the difference in energy level in just couple of days. I like everything about this product from quality to results.I highly recommend this product to those who unfortunately have lack of energy. While i was searching about B-12 i found that B12 with Folic Acid is more effective.

Vegan really?
This product listing say Vegan and Non-GMO. However, if you look on the bottle, pictures online and bottle I received, it is not mentioned anywhere.
