**** Tire was taken to a shop (different than who had mounted it) and found that the valve stem had failed, which caused my blow out from the sudden loss of pressure. My original review is below but it has been updated to reflect the new info ****70 miles with a zero turn on the trailer, maybe 600lbs on a 500lb trailer. Well within the limits, blew out. Middle of the highway doing 65, no other tires popped no one stopped near by from something in the road. Tire is no kidding 70 miles old, that's it. $1 per mile used

Two total failures, back-to-back! This model tire came brand new on my 2020 camper but it didn’t come with a spare so I ordered one of the same model from here to match. I had pretty good luck at first. Traveled all over the west through summer of 2021 and 2022. I’ve probably put close to 15,000 miles on these, but apparently that’s their entire service life. Not for lack of tread depth, but I have now had two catastrophic blowouts in the last two weeks. One left side, one right side. No road hazard or puncture to cause either of them. I religiously check my tire pressures before each trip. I’m a slow-poke and only drive around 65mph. The trailer is only a 25’ travel trailer without slides and well within the weight rating of these tires. I actually went and had them balanced early on too. They were 2019 made and aren’t very old tires... There’s no reason they should fail like this. Both tires had very similar failures where the tread completely ripped away from the sidewalls. One of them slung a bunch of rubber and did damage to my underbelly. So they are now failing regularly and with similar patterns of destruction. Not good. I’m replacing them with Goodyear Endurance and will give those a shot. More money up front, but if they last longer it beats damaging my rig, ruining a rim, getting into a wreck, or being left stranded somewhere. Either way the Trailer Kings won’t ever be bought again. If all I’m going to get out of them is two years or 15,000 miles, that’s not worth the risk to me.
