Hands down, the best tongs I've used. I've had a pair at home, originally purchased from john lewis almost a decade ago. I was looking for some new tongs to use when cooking at work during the week. I searched and searched, there was always something I didn't like. Too big, too small, plastic ends, doesn't lock closed. Then I realised, I got it right all that long ago, why change a winning recipe. I'm so glad these are still available, they really are the goldilocks tongs, they do everything just right. The cranked end with the resting nubs is a great feature, making you able to place them on the counter without a spoon rest or similar. Just the right size for most everything, they lock closed to save space. The only ding I can think of is the colour. I don't care about it personally, but I guess the pale green plastic bits might not match your ascetic if you're particular about that kind of thing. No worries about longevity, I've had my old set in regular use for years and they still look almost as fresh as the news ones from Amazon. Fantastic, well made, well designed product.

Easy to use and sturdy

A nice durable pair of steel tongs with a quality feel. Worth paying a bit more for as they work (we've had pairs in the past that were plastic and didn't work at all well).

The tongs are well made and the right length preventing splashing from food. Easy to clean and they also lock so easy to store.

I am an avid fan of Joseph and Joseph. I love the elevated tongs so it doesn’t dough the surface. I love the east to pull the lever to remain shut opposed to the rings you have to slide down that other so. I have yet to meet a Joseph Joseph product I didn’t like.

Sans comparaison avec toutes les autres pinces, quel qu'en soit leur prix, celle-ci est la meilleure. Le reposoir est parfait pour un plan de travail exigu où une assiette prendrait trop de place. Bloquer la pince en position fermée en la maintenant verticale de manière à ce que l'embout verrouilleur de l'ouverture descende sous son propre poids. Débloquer la pince de la même manière, à la verticale mais cette fois avec l'embout verrouilleur vers le haut. Contrairement à ce qu'un autre commentaire affirme, la pince est très facile à manipuler : pas de tendinite de l'avant-bras à craindre, ce n'est pas un ustensile de musculation.
